One final post.
On Monday we made our final presentation to the Staff. We decided to be daring and did a live demo with no hiccups whatsoever. The game was well received as was the presentation.
On Tuesday we took our project to the client at Fort Detrick, MD. Dr. Thomas Talbot and his staff were very pleased with the result. Afterwards we stopped in Washington, D.C. for a quick look around, then finished off with a team dinner.
Our team is now tying up loose ends–finalizing details for Games for Health, sending off our entry into the MicroMedic competition, cleaning our room–and soon we will disperse for the summer. It has been a pleasure working with such dedicated people on a project that has put smiles on the faces of so many, and raised their heart rates a bit, too!
