Last week was Spring break, so there was no blog post, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t working! Over the break, we made contact with the El Paso Chihuahuas, who answered some of my initial questions about the feasibility of the Treasure Hunt event, and agreed to meet with the entire team at a later date. In the meantime, our programmers worked on bug fixes for the Treasure Hunt game, and on implementing the prediction game. Richard laid out different version of the Treasure Hunt UI for different device resolutions. However, much of our collective effort was focused on putting together a slide deck for our Halves presentation.
After Spring break, the official Week 9 was also consumed by Halves. Monday and Tuesday consisted of rehearsing the presentation and making updates based upon feedback from Mike and Scott. Wednesday was presentation day – which we feel went pretty well! A recording of the presentation can be accessed here – Fanfare comes to the stage at 19:25.
On Thursday, we evaluated the changes that should be made to our product and our plans going forward, based upon feedback from Halves. Finally, on Friday we wrapped up the week by planning for our next sprint and hosting a more formal call with the El Paso Chihuahuas.
