The team is comprised of four graduate students at CMU’s Entertainment Technology Center.

Mina Yoo |
|
For a substantial portion of her life, Mina has been interested in the fields of Interactive Media and Human-Computer Interaction. With funding from the Korean government, she is currently in her first year of studying with Pittsburgh renowned ETC.
Her aspirations are to give people excellent experiences they will remember for the rest of their lives. She believes that meaningful events are enduring and she is in constant persual to design with that permanance in mind. Mina enjoys applying new technology to create those meaningful activities through interactivie systems such as games for artistic or educational goals. At this crux of flourishing new games, interactive media and locative media, her objective is to make moving and dense personal experiences through those mediums.
Based on her past involvement from the foundations of art, industrial design, young adult education, team projects in Korea and the ETC, she is looking for a chance to work in the theme entertainment industry as an Experience Design Producer.

Margaret Sun-Young Yoon |
|
Born in Washington D.C., raised in Seoul, Korea. When Sun-Young was 6 years old, she made a story book with her drawings. When she lived in Japan, the power of the entertainment industry there left a big impression on her.
She wants to deliver happiness to the universe through making animations and edutainment, where she is interested in creating stories and art. Her interests include drawing and painting, and she has also studied art history during her time as an undergraduate. Because she wants to bring her knowledge to the creative industry, she took a double major – Program in Information and Cultural Technology, which led her to the ETC.
Now, she has started to design and show her creativity as a 2D artist at the ETC, with a scholarship from the Korean government.

Jason Lin |

Tong (Jason) Lin grew up in a small city in China playing almost all forms of funny kids games, playing little stones trick, Chinese chess, climbing all kinds of trees, setting things on fire with magnifying glasses and doing many other things that kids do. At an early age he developed an interest in math and computer programming. And then Jason earned his Bachelor\’s of Science in Computer Science from Huaqiao University (HQU) in China. During his undergraduate career, Jason focused on Computer Vision study. All these interest and experiences was born out of a desire to bring his visions to life as video games and CGI animations.
Upon graduation, Jason decided to further his study and get serious about getting into the entertainment industry, so he applied and entered the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC) of Carnegie Mellon (CMU). And he is now a happy member of the ETC family. Jason hopes to use his time at CMU learning as much as he can about the various facets of the video gaming and CGI animation industry while working with so many geniuses on projects that produce top quality artifacts that are intended to entertain, inform or inspire people.

Paulwei Wang |

Born in Taiwan, Paulwei moved to the United States when he was two years old. He was raised bilingual and as such is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Having an interest in languages, He ended up learning six: English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, French and German.
Along with his interest in languages comes an innate interest in different cultures. He is a third culture kid and has moved to several different countries in different parts of his life.
Before coming to the ETC, Paulwei has worked in a university research laboratory, the world’s largest blinds manufacturing company, a large video game publisher, a cell phone game developer, advertising in video games, and fitness equipment manufacturing. Each one of these positions has helped mold Paulwei into a competent programmer and leader.
Paulwei came to the ETC specifically because throughout his whole life there have been very few constants. One of them has been a desire to create awesome games and after just a few weeks here at the ETC, he is confident that he will be able to fulfill that desire.
During his second semester, Paulwei worked with the Free Library of Philadelphia to create an interactive attraction on the Microsoft Surface Table. On this project, he was lead programmer.
In the summer of 2010, Paulwei teamed up with a small group of ETC students to form Fathombrook LLC. Fathombrook LLC released its first game, Evacuation, in September 2010 on Xbox Live Indie Games. On the project, Paulwei was the producer, sound designer, and programming consultant.
