Animation Studio

This isn’t a big news week. All we can say is we’re in progress.

We’re in the midst of getting our second pass of animation for Melody of Life through the render farm, a process that involves frames dropping, textures going mysteriously missing, and objects bizarrely lifting off the ground. We all can’t help wishing we had a few more weeks or a few more servers.

As we get new sections in, we begin to make notes of what we need to change, so we’re now attempting to fix what we can and re-input everything. We’re excited for Soft Opening, as it will provide us with an opportunity to really see what folks notice and what they don’t.

We are also continuing to move forward with script drafting and concept art for Agloe. Our character artist is drafting the range of emotional expressions of Hans, the artist in our story. Our environment concept artist is in the midst of imagining the first of three different scenes.

We promise that we will soon have a lot to talk about.

See you next week!

For the purposes of this event, we created a rough render of Melody of Life and storyboards of Agloe. Seeing […]
