Harry is an interactive experience designer who builds technology that helps people understand each other. He graduated from Brandeis University with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Economics, and spent six months as a research assistant at Peking University’s HOME Lab working on real-time 3D human pose estimation from sparse sensors. His recent work centers on ADHD: he directed and programmed ADHD Simulator, a first-person puzzle game that turns symptoms like distraction and time blindness into mechanics the player has to live through rather than read about, and designed Companion Cube, a local-first focus assistant built to notice when users drift without ever shaming them for it. Both projects came out of interviews and playtesting with ADHD folks, and both taught him that empathy is something you design for, not something you explain. Outside of his own projects, he founded the Brandeis PC Building Club and runs the authorized Chinese channel for DIY Perks, leading a seven-person team that has published over 160 videos to more than a million followers. At the ETC, Harry is excited to explore game design, immersive installations, and AI-driven interaction, with the long-term goal of building humane products whose defaults are private, gentle, and easy to trust.
