Lynn is an illustrator with a degree from the School of Visual Arts. She is skilled at envisioning visual ideas in her mind and quickly translating them into images. With illustration as the foundation of her practice, she is exploring ways to move beyond the limitations of 2D media by incorporating more interaction and participation into her work, allowing audiences to become part of the experience rather than simply observing it. At ETC, Yiling hopes to collaborate with creative people from diverse backgrounds, expand her visual language into a broader range of media, and gain more experience in interactive storytelling. She believes that although the tools and media we use to tell stories are constantly evolving, people’s fundamental need for storytelling, emotion, and meaningful experiences remains constant.
