Scarlett is an experienced marketing and project manager. For over 9 years, she worked in the publishing side for several companies, such as HoYoverse, Tencent, Netease, and Elex Tech. At HoYoverse, she was the Growth Performance Manager of social media channels across North America, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. At Elex Tech, she was the Publishing Operations Manager who oversaw the monetization and revenue management of Love and Producer in Southeast Asia. In addition, she is also a part-time documentary producer who films life in the countryside. Coming to ETC, she aspires to learn about product development so that by the time she graduates, she will be familiar with the 2 core pillars of the tech industry: product development and publishing.
