Fall 2025
Team 270° Fun is developing a multiplayer racing game focusing on building community through sports. Designed for the Cavern system at the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC), the project utilizes a 270° curved projection screen and a 20-foot-wide interactive play area, enabling dynamic local multiplayer interactions within virtual environments.
The project's goal is to immerse the players in the fan experience of F1 racing tracks to enable player to player interaction and communication. Players will be able to cheer for their favorite teams, affecting the drivers behavior and causing overtakes, crashes, and fast cornering. Every element of this experience is designed to evoke a sense of belonging in the player before even playing, deepening their relationship not only with the game, but also with other players who cheer for the same team.
