Project Website

M-Lab is a team of 5 students at Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center working to develop an engaging and effective experience to help training new technicians to use Biopharma equipment made by our client, Merck KGaA(EMD). Our goal is to create an easily accessible tutorial for customers all over the world, overcoming constraints in traditional hands-on training sessions.
We are focusing on experimenting engaging training method while delivering accurate and adequate instruction to the audiences and ensuring their proficiency as time goes on.
With various platform options, we are creating a portable learning experience that could be accessed in any scenario and from everywhere in the world. Accordingly, we aim to ensure users who speak different languages would have the same experiences by applying delightful gameplay and meaningful feedback.
Project Instructors: Heather Kelley, John Dessler, Ricardo Washington
Project Members: Yuanzhou (Lai Lai) Ha, Yuchen (Carsten) Huang, Jing Shu, Yiheng Zhu, Zhaoqi (Christiana) Zhu
