This semester team Thunder Egg is working with the Office of the Chief Creative Officer (OCCO) at Electronic Arts (EA) to create an innovative gameplay experience for their connected TV platform.
Our team is one division of a larger team, collaborating with the other division, Team Legato, located at the Entertainment Technology Center's Pittsburgh location. In total, we are a 14 team members working together from opposite ends of hte country, but we are connected by our passion to create an exciting and innovative game.
Our mission is to create a multiplayer experience that engages players equally through the smart device they use as a controller, and the action taking place on the TV. Our game design is driven by the idea that the experience created by the smart device controller should be a toy that is fun enough to stand on it's own, but fits together as part of a larger experience.
